At Remivale, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering high-quality beauty and wellness devices. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, and seals intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty devices cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following are non-refundable if opened or used:

  • Ultrasonic Electric Facial Cleansing Brush
  • Lymphatic Facial Contour Brush
  • EMS Facial Lifting Microcurrent Roller
  • Nano Facial Steamer
  • Wand 2-in-1 (Face & Foot Detox Massager)

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement or refund, we may require:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Original packaging and accessories

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including the product price)

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Remivale is not responsible for lost return shipments

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
